Dashboard.icu is a bed management dashboard that improves patient flow and workflow in the operating room, emergency department, intensive care unit, and throughout hospitalization.

The dashboard shows, in real time, the occupation of all beds, arrivals and departures, signed leaves as well as information about the user and his stay.

Faster transfers from the ED to care units: Patients are waiting at the emergency room on average between one and three hours less for a bed ; the number of patients waiting less than 90 minutes for a bed increases by 24%.
Patient discharge earlier in the day: Better communication around expected discharge and coordination between different care providers results in a 10% increase in the number of patients discharged before 11 a.m. (important because it allows new patients to be admitted early enough to be seen by a doctor the same day).

Calls to request cleaning and to inquire about bed availability are also eliminated. This is estimated to save about 18 hours of combined manpower a day.
Increased efficiency in cleaning services: Synchronization of cleaning with the patient’s departure is improved, reducing the time before the bed is ready to receive a new patient by an hour (50% improvement). Requests for cleaning are made through the dashboard and cleaning staff reports the start and completion of cleaning. The housekeeping dispatcher are no longer needed to communicate cleaning instructions.

Geolocation: This module gets information on the current location of personnel and equipment. It registers the check-in and check-out times, localizes assets and patients within specified areas and gives warnings in case of trespassing.
Analytics:The analysis module offers many techniques from data mining, statistics, modeling and machine learning for continuous intelligence and predict the future.
Nurse Scheduler: Using the constraint reasoning and the artificial intelligence approach, this module creates an interactive list that can be manually modified later if necessary.
Cleaning Dispatcher: This module organizes the schedules, manages and tracks the progress of the work and manages the dispatching process. Employees can receive task information and updates on mobile devices.
HL7 Data Store: This module allows you to quickly connect the dashboard to your existing data sources, such as electronic health record systems or external databases with FHIR APIs.
Data ingestion/integration: This module facilitates the collection and integration of data from different types of data sources and supports different types of data transport protocols. It collects, imports, loads, transfers, integrates and processes data from a wide range of data sources.
