Increased efficiency in cleaning services: Synchronization of cleaning with the patient’s departure is improved, reducing the time before the bed is ready to receive a new patient by an hour (50% improvement). Requests for cleaning are made through the dashboard and cleaning staff reports the start and completion of cleaning. The housekeeping dispatcher are no longer needed to communicate cleaning instructions.

Nurse Scheduler: Using the constraint reasoning and the artificial intelligence approach, this module creates an interactive list that can be manually modified later if necessary.
Cleaning Dispatcher: This module organizes the schedules, manages and tracks the progress of the work and manages the dispatching process. Employees can receive task information and updates on mobile devices.
HL7 Data Store: This module allows you to quickly connect the dashboard to your existing data sources, such as electronic health record systems or external databases with FHIR® APIs.
Data ingestion/integration: This module facilitates the collection and integration of data from different types of data sources and supports different types of data transport protocols. It collects, imports, loads, transfers, integrates and processes data from a wide range of data sources.
